About.

The List Lady is a personal concierge and administration service.  What does this actually mean?  I do administration, errands and jobs for my clients, saving them time so they can focus on the things they would like to do. I work for individuals and businesses performing tasks such as web development, administration, gardening, managing tradespeople, transportation, personal shopping, and household support for busy mums.

 My background is in IT and Project Management.  My experience includes web and software development, project management, business analysis and process improvement.  My career has seen me work in New Zealand and Australia across a range of industries including start-up companies, university and education, banking, large corporates and government owned enterprises. I am also passionate about fitness and have managed sports events in Australia.
 
With two young boys and my husband in the NZ Defence Force, I am an expert multi-tasker.  Anyone that knows me knows that I have always been a “list person” and I think this is where my interest in the personal concierge industry started. There’s nothing more satisfying than ticking boxes off a checklist (or is that just me?!) Now I can help my clients get back their valuable time, checking-off their to-do lists at the same time.

The List Lady was formed from a passion to run a business that would help people in our community and put my broad set of skills to use. I pride myself in being efficient, discreet and professional and always maintaining excellent customer service. Running my own business is a way that I can ensure that these values are consistently delivered to my clients. ​

  • Prince2 Project Management
  • Bachelor Science – Applied Computing
  • Child First Aid (including NZQA unit standard 25459)
  • Certificate IV in Bookkeeping​
